Christopher Tennis

Christopher Tennis is a Portland native whose family has owned and managed multi-family properties for several generations. After graduating from the University of Oregon in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and a minor in Economics, Chris worked as the Director of Operations for a Portland-based property management company from 2008 - 2013 with a portfolio consisting of apartments, retail, industrial, and even a horse stable.

In 2014 Chris joined a multi-family specialist real estate firm as a commercial real estate broker. Chris spent 7 years finding properties, valuing them, marketing them, securing lending, completing 1031 exchanges, and strategically planning with his clients for future real estate opportunities.

Finally, in 2021, Chris formed Maestro Investments, bringing his experience representing and advising clients in all aspects of their commercial real estate endeavors to his own company.
